David’s beer push challenge – 75kg 7 marathons in 7 days… Sun 1- Sat 7 October 2023

David has accepted the challenge to push 7 marathons in 7 days. So that’s 75kg 186 miles in 7 days taking him across Norfolk as well as nipping in to Suffolk.
The routes and finishing venues for each are agreed and shown below – so if you can pop them in the diary that will be great.
At each venue there will be an end of day event – be it a quiz, auction, live band or comedy night so look out for more details. Rest assured it will be a good night!
You can also join David for all or part of the route each day – ad we can even shuttle you back to your car if you want to join in the fun just for a mile or two.

Sunday 1st Oct The Chequers, Binham NR21 0AL Tel: 01328 830297
Starting at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital 8.30 am finishing at Binham Chequers. We will actually end the day at Fulmedson and will then drive down to the Binham Chequers. Sunday carvery all day and join us for a charity big ball bingo night in the evening. Call the pub to book: 01328 830297

Monday 2nd Oct Kings Head, Magdalen Street, Norwich NR3 1JE
Starting at Baconsthorpe Village Hall at 8.30am and finishing at Kings Head Magdalen Street at 5.30pm where you can join us for a charity bar billiards knock out competition. Details below all welcome doubles knockout competition. Starts at 6. Who will lift the trophy?

Starting at Norwich train station and finishing at the Shoulder of Mutton Strumpshaw going via Poringland, Brooke, Loddon and Reedham ferrry!

Starting back at the Shoulder of Mutton Strumpshaw we push on to Rumburgh in Suffolk passing through Reedham and Bungay
