Everything is coming together – we have personal licenses, premises licences, registration with Environmental Health, involved Trading Standards, submitted our registration to HMRC. And to think Mr Cameron is trying to cut down on red tape! The bottle labels are at print, casks, bottles and crowns on order ( these are really nice!), shelving, sack barrows, a pallet truck and every imaginable piece of equipment awaiting delivery. Soon, very soon…
