Brewer                    

Full time position based in North Norfolk

Moon Gazer Ale is one of Norfolk’s best-known micro-brewers, its small team creates multi-award-winning ales and lagers.

These are exciting times, and we are looking to expand to a second site in North Norfolk during 2024.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the busy brew team for the next stage of the Moon Gazer journey.

Previous brewing experience is essential, as is a track record of recipe development and process management within a brewery.

The ability to see the brew through all stages is an important part of the role and we are looking for someone to manage brew production as well as create beers.

As such, this is a hands-on roll, and the successful candidate will:

• Brew ales and lagers; including recipe and new beer development.
• Assist in the brewery cleaning casks, filling casks, and preparing for brewing.
• Manage stock control and ordering.
• Assist with customer contact and delivery if required.
