Taste guide:  An amber ale with orange citrus hop notes and a background hint of honey from local honey

Our mash up beers are never the same recipe twice – but the one thing that you can be sure of is that it will always be 4.4% abv in strength.

This time round we have a very limited edition – just 10 firkin equivalents – and its an amber ale with just  a hint of local honey,

The hops used are a blend of UK hops which we use in some of our core beers but have mixed the up for this brew Ernest, Harlequin and Godiva along with a sprinkling of some European hops – 6 hops in total to give a balanced, complex and light fruity profile.

The are also 3 base malts, Maris Otter, Clear Choice and the heritage malt Chevalier – again lending  a nice biscuit, malt profile.

Available w/c 13 October
