More equipment coming up the drive. Though we have got the equipment, we have hit Christmas, so the install will now continues with ABUK in January 2012. Pipes and connections, gas for the burner, wires and cables, refrigeration for the chiller room (a big thanks to David Forster at Fourstar Refrigeration for helping out at very short notice) to keep our beer at just the right temperature; label machines, bottling machines – we are very nearly there – the hops have just arrived and the grain is due tomorrow! Test brew next week!
