This week was a big week. A local pub asked us to brew an exclusive lager for them and they came to taste the brew. This is after the success of our StubbleStag premium lager which is gaining a great fan base already.
The new lager (pub name and location still under wraps I’m afraid) is quite different to StubbleStag – it has a lower ABV, softer bitterness and is more floral – bit like a nice crisp Italian lager.
It was a bit of a Del Monte moment – four tasters arrived, they sniffed and swilled – paused – and then they said YES we love it!
All we need to do now is condition the lager for a few more weeks before its big launch – watch this space!
