A big thank you to Chris and Glynis at The Trafford Arms, Grove Road, Norwich for serving our StubbleStag cask lager as part of City of Ale.
We have spent three months maturing our lager, which will also soon be available in bottle and in keg, but one day Chris made an interesting suggestion: “I’ll try it in cask”.
This resulted in a touch of brewery experimentation. There are only two casks available to the market – so you may well have to be quick to get a pint in. Remember it is a cask lager so it’s lager without the fizz. It should be on sale at the Traff after Thursday 31 May. If not they also have a cask of Moon Gazer Ruby Ale for you to try.
