What a day – it’s brew day. There were times when we thought it would never happen but today was the day. An early start – Scott Barnet, our brewing ‘commissioner’ from Quartz Brewery, got us started at 7am and by 11am the steam was bellowing into the clear blue sky, and the aroma of malt and hops was a true delight. Lots of cleaning and lots of hard graft – but come six in the evening we cracked open a beer and toasted the arrival of The Norfolk Brewhouse. Thanks to everyone who helped get us here.
