We are thrilled to be undertaking a collaborative brew especially for The Trafford Arms Valentine Beer Festival www.traffordarms.co.uk which is running from the 11 to 17 February.
After a call from Trafford landlord Chris Higgins requesting something dark and hoppy we thought we would rise to the challenge.
So just for the love of beer we are now working on a special brew with fellow brewers and good mates Scott and Julia from Staffordshire based Quartz Brewing.
The plan is to brew a 4.8% ABV dark mild with a good deal of hoppy character, which will be sold as the pub’s charity beer, raising funds for Jigsaw.
